In this regard, we realize the importance of the Quality Control Department as an essential element in achieving this goal., We also emphasize the Necessary need to maintain the impartiality and integrity of the Quality Control Department in performing its duties, without internal or external influence that could affect the quality of our products. Non-Interference: Management will not influence Quality Control decisions or workflows, ensuring neutrality and integrity.
Quality Over Quantity: We will not pressure the department to prioritize production over quality standards.
Support and Resources: Necessary tools and resources will be provided for efficient and effective performance.
Fair Assessment: Sample success rates will not determine performance. Evaluation will be based on fair, pre-determined criteria.
Integrity First: We pledge to maintain quality and integrity in all operations, ensuring unbiased assessments.

The laboratory shall be responsible, through legally enforceable commitments, for the management of all information obtained or created during the performance of laboratory activities. The laboratory shall inform the customer in advance; of the information it intends to place in the public domain. Except for information that the customer makes publicly available, or when agreed between the laboratory and the customer (e.g. for the purpose of responding to complaints), all other information is considered proprietary information and shall be regarded as confidential.
